About the Role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at SentinelOne will be responsible for managing post-sales relationships with large enterprise customers, promoting product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular customer engagements such as health checks, QBRs, and roadmap reviews. The CSM will also act as an advocate for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring that their needs are met effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of large enterprise customers.
