About the Role
As the first Sales & Marketing Associate at Hotsourced, you'll work directly with the founders to build and scale the company’s sales operations. You'll be responsible for lead generation, CRM and pipeline management, client communication, and sales performance optimization. This is a high-impact role that offers immense learning opportunities and the potential for rapid growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM and keep it up to date
- Write compelling follow-up emails and communication
- Draft and send proposals, pricing documents, and pitch decks
- Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups for leads
- Assist in client onboarding and relationship management
- Report on and optimize sales performance
- Develop and document SOPs for sales and marketing processes
- Implement automation tools and optimize workflows
- Run email marketing campaigns and design sales content
- Use no-code tools to build platform features
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Startup experience preferred (1+ year)
- Experience working with UK/US or Western companies preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to create and document new systems and processes
Eligibility
- Based in India
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM UK time (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
Salary
INR 7 – 9 LPA (Annual)
